Musician, Blackface Blasts Wizkid For Insulting President Buhari

Nigerian musician, Blackface has descended on Starboy, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid for his comment against president Muhammadu Buhari in the ongoing SARS brouhaha.

The Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) has come under scrutiny in recent times. Yesterday, Nigerians took to social media to vent their anger at the special police unit and called for the banning of their activities.

This comes after they shot and killed a young man in Lagos for no crime done. This pressed the anger button in many Nigerians including celebrities who took to social media to complain about the happenings.

Whiles they were at it, President Buhari took to twitter to send a message to Donald Trump and his wife, wishing them speedy recovery after they contracted the Covid-19.

Wizkid, in reacting to the president’s tweet, wrote: “Donald Trump is not your business! Old man! Police/Sarz still killing Nigerian youth on a daily! Do something! Nothing concern you for America! Face your country !!”

This comment, however, didn’t go down well with Blackface who also took to twitter to slam the singer for ‘disrespecting’ the president.

He wrote: “Why don’t you face your music small man? I understand why that is difficult because it doesn’t have any substance #ChildrenOfNowAdays

In a follow-up tweet, he added that, Wizkid may not be the one who actually tweeted to insult the president but rather the handler of his account.

He added: “No be every verified account the person name on top dey control So it is possible that that @wizkidayo account is being handled by an agent because I don’t believe Wizkid is that dumb to insult his father or his father’s mate.”
