“Join The Protest If You’re Not Happy About Your Welfare” – 2Face To Security Agencies

Legendary Nigerian singer 2Face Idibia fondly referred to as 2Baba has urged personnels of the Nigerian security agencies to join the protest going on in the country if they are not happy about their welfare.

The musician has been talking recently concerning the #EndSARS protest going on in the West African nation.

In one vein he suggested that, for the Buhari led government to listen to Nigerians and take them seriously, there’s the need for a total shutdown. This, according to him can be achieved when all public sector workers join the protest by refusing to go to work.

Currently, he’s urging the personnels of the various security agencies in Nigeria to join the protest if they feel that their conditions of service are not the best.

He urged them to speak up to salvage their situation because they’re not slaves.

He tweeted: “Police!! Military!!! and all security agencies!! If una no happy about una welfare make una join this movement for a better naija. Una no be slave,’’

You will recall that, the Nigerian youth have been protesting for the past few weeks and are demanding a total reforms in the security set up especially the police force.
