Davido Reveals What He Wants To Be Remembered For When He Dies

Award-winning Nigerian afrobeats singer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has revealed his biggest wish as a musician when he dies.

The singer who is regarded as one of the best musical exports from Nigeria in recent years has been very phenomenal, dropping hits upon hits.

His recent album, “A Better Time” has been the talk of the world as it has been shattering records and setting new ones along the way.

Despite all his musical successes, Davido’s prime wish is not to be remembered by only his music.

He revealed recently that, he would want to be remembered beyond just music – that he wants to be remembered for his service to humanity and how that brought smiles on the faces of people.

He said: “I would want to be remembered for a lot, not just music to be honest. That I served for humanity, I served the people and a lot of people gained from my blessing. I gave my family a good name, I gave my country a good name, I gave Africans a good name” – Davido”
