Nigerian Army Admits Going To Lekki Toll Gate With Live Bullets
The Nigerian army have admitted that their men actually went to the Lekki toll gate with live bullets to disperse the protesters.
You will recall that, innocent protesters were shot and killed at the Lekki toll gate on the 20th of October, 2020 by men believed to be the military and police personnels.

After the military initially denying their presence at the scene to later admitting to being there, they moved on with the denials by denying going to the venue with live bullets.

Appearing before the judicial panel, the commander of the 81 division, Ahmed Ibrahim Taiwo admitted that some of their men actually went there with live bullets.
He however denied that those live bullets were used on the protesters. He explained further that, the live bullets were meant to protect their men from suspected hoodlums.
