Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are two Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artistes who are consistently battling for one thing or another in Ghana’s music industry.

Stonebwoy rules the Bhim nation camp while Shatta Wale is the boss of Shatta Movement. And in fact, the beef that has ensued between these two camps over the years are innumerable.

Recently, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were involved in a scuffle at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards which ended up with the two in Ghana’s law court.

In the aftermath of the incident which saw Stonebowy wielding a gun in public, many industry players called for reconciliation between the two dancehall artistes. Nana Aba Anamoah was notably active in championing the reconciliation process.

However, months after the heat of beef toned down, many commentators are asserting that without a beef between the SM boss and the Bhim nation president, the music industry in Ghana becomes dull.

In an interview with Abeiku Santana of Okay Fm; an Accra based radio station, Stonebowy responded to these assertion.

In his response, Stonebwoy said: “Ghanaians love these vibe indeed. But for now I’ll plead that they support our craft so that we go international with our music and rob shoulders with our Nigerian counterparts.“

He continued that: “When they support our music, at some point the beef will happen naturally. We don’t beef intentionally; it happens naturally. As for the beef there’s some still left.”

When asked by Abeiku if he will continue to beef Shatta, he responded that: “I will continue to beef him. I keep scaring him. And that’s what makes the Bhim nation and SM strong. So it’s just a matter time for one to make a mistake to reignite our beef.”

Ending the interview, Stonebowy dispelled allegations that his beef with Shatta Wale are mind games. According to him, while he cannot speak for others, his intentions are not to play with the minds of people.

Earlier AfricaCelebrities.Com reported the Young Lioness of Africa was set to perform at the closing ceremony of the Alafia Afrika Festival .

The Festival is going to be three-day event from the 23^rd to the 25^th of August 2019 in Germany.
