English singer-songwriter Adele looks almost unrecognizable in an Instagram photo she shared. Fans of the ‘Someone Like You’ singer were surprised how she had lost so much weight.

The singer on Instagram showed her support for Beyonce’s experimental album Black is King but her fans paid attention to her weight loss more than her compliment to Beyonce.

Taking to photo-sharing site Instagram, she wrote: “Thank you Queen for always making us all feel so loved through your art (sic)”

Sources say Beyonce had shared some weight loss tips with Adele during her wieght loss journey and the two have bonded over the years.

Adele’s former London-based personal trainer however commented on how critics wrote negative comments on the singer’s amazing weight loss.

A black American pastor by name Cedric Knight has labelled the latest album of American superstar, Beyonce as satanic which needs to be banned else the world incurs the wrath of God.

The pastor who also doubles as podcaster made the revelation in a Facebook post which has since drawn huge commentary under it.

He posted a collage of Beyonce wearing a horn sandwiched between two images of Baphomet, a deity associated with satanic worship.

He proceeded to call 38 year old singer a witch with the characteristics of Jezebel, a biblical idol worshipper.

The pastor expressed his reservations at the open dislpay of idol worship without a smidgen of fear or shame.

Many people who viewed his sentiments in bad taste have condemned his post. They averred that the pastor wanted cheap fame and thus riding on Beyonce’s achievement to garner that.

The Black is King album is a collaboration between Beyonce and Disney as a musical compilation to the animation movie, Lion King.

The songs on the album feature African music giants like Shatta Wala and Wizkid. It has been enjoying massive airplay since it debuted this year.

Yemi Alade, who featured on the studio album of Beyonce’s The Gift Project will be appearing in the visual album, Black Is King.

American singer Beyonce announced the release of a visual album for her new project The Gift in July and has released still images.

The project is in collaboration with Disney TV and will be released on July 31.

Beyonce said the project, just like her previous works, will celebrate African creatives and give them a chance to be recognized globally.

Soundcity tweeted photos from the project with the caption; “Yemi Alade stars alongside Bey, Lupita Nyongo, others in the visual album from Beyoncé #BlackisKing which reimagines the lessons of “The Lion King” for today’s young queens. Director Meji Alabi also contributes to the film. Out this July!”
