Nigerian musician, Falz has called out former Kogi State Senator, Dino Melaye for displaying what could be described as high level of hypocrisy.

In the wake of the recent unrest in Nigeria with regards to the #EndSARS protest staged by the youth of the country, the former senator tweeted that, the Federal government must listen to people.

According to him, the people have woken up from their slumber and if the president does not listen to their grievances, he should be ready to welcome a revolution.

He tweeted: “Government have no power in our extant laws to ban protest. So Government must realise that the people have woken up from their slumber. Work with the people or welcome a REVOLUTION. SDM “

Falz retweeted his tweet and warned that the youth will soon be coming for them as well. His tweet reads: “Oga no dey form like say you dey with us! We go soon face una matter “

Famous Instagram slay queen, Roman Goddess, has sent apologies in the way of contentious Nigerian politician Dino Melaye for posting their private moments on social media.

Roman Goddess, famed for her curves and raunchy dressing shared a video of herself visiting Dino in his hotel room to have a good time and catch vibes.

Sharing the video, she affectionately called the politician Uncle but the video in public domain did not sit well with the 46-year-old man and he dished out his piece of mind to the socialite.

Roman Goddess has in turn apologized for the inconvenient she caused and begged not to repeat that action again saying she sees the politician as her mentor and would be uncle.

“Hello @Senator Dino melaye, Sorry for the inconveniency I caused you sir,I wasn’t trying to jeopardise your image as a public figure,you are a role model to our country Nigeria. I’m sorry if the video i posted affected you negatively, its all because I see you as a mentor & a would be uncle.”

The Nigerian electoral tribunal has sacked Kogi’s senator Dino Melaye. It has ordered a fresh election to be held for the now vacant seat. Dino Melaye from the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP) was declared a winner. However, the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC)’s candidate Smart Adeyemi rejected the results sighting irregularities.

Dino Melaye who is contesting for the governorship of Kogi state laughed off the court judgement. He revealed that he will be winning the gubernatorial race, there is still going to be a senatorial election in the south-western state.
