CEO of DMW, Davido has returned from a long ‘cleansing’ break on social media and he is trending already. Davido came with a new song he titled ‘FEM’.

FEM is a word usually used in Yoruba language which represents ‘Shut Up’. The BET award wining act released the song along with a dashing visuals that fans cannot keep their eyes off.

Lyrics in the song and the video is said to be a direct jab or diss to colleague afrobeat musician Burna Boy. In the first lines of the song, Davido sang, “E be like you don dey talk too much, small talk you don dey talk talk, fem. O boy, you don dey do too much, small talk you don dey look who talk, fem…”

He then proceeded to drop some threats “Person wey dey find pity, nor dey do me itty bitty. You wan know 30 BG, you go know 30 GB when you see 30 BG…” How fans noticed it was a diss to Burna was when Davido said, “Then Odogwu say we ‘Like To Party’ just call me…:”

Some critics are saying Davido did the right thing considering the fact that Burna Boy threw some serious shots at him in two songs on his Twice As Tall Album.

Sister Afia few days ago trended in the country after she dropped what has been described by many as a diss song to fellow musicians in the country.

Shots Sister Afia threw in her WMT song had some directed at almost all the female musicians you can think of and some Ghanaians fingered the likes of Sister Derby and Wendy Shay as targets.

Sisiter Afia however came out last night to clear the are that her song was not a diss track to start a cat fight but she was merely addressing social issues.

Ruftown’s Wendy Shay has replied Sister Afia in a post sighted on her official page.

‘Tuff Skin Girl’ Wendy Shay maintained in a picture shared on her page that she is the undisputed queen of Ghana music and is unperturbed about what others think.

The ‘Paper’ hit maker dropped a diss song dubbed WMT to jab some girls in the Ghanaian entertainment industry.

In her song, Sista Afia referred to those girls as Zoomlion girls. Although she did not mention names, the lyrics in her song implied that she was dissing Sister Derby, her fellow female Ghanaian music artiste, and others.

But today, Sista Afia has revealed that she struggled to sleep after releasing the ‘hardcore song’.

She wondered how other artistes like Shatta Wale, Sarkodie and Manifest who beef other musicians manage to sleep after releasing those diss song.

And her reason for the above is because she claims one of the girls she dissed in her song appeared in her dreams last night. She tweeted the following:

“So Shatta Wale, Sarkodie and Manifest how do they sleep after dropping hardcore songs? I saw one of the girls in my dreams #Obinim things. I’m done with hardcore rap songs #WMT”

Well, maybe they did push her and she has really had enough. So announcing on her Twitter feed, Sista Afia disclosed that she will be dropping #WMT at 7pm local time in Ghana.
