VIDEO: Bishop Obinim Confesses- It’s True I Cheated On My Wife, She Has Every Right To Divorce Me

Bishop Daniel Obinim has come under fire in the past three weeks or so from controversial Member of Parliament, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.

Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has directed his venom on Bishop Obinim and his wife on live television with numerous accusation of money laundry, fraud, infidelity and so forth.

The attacks came from both parties in the earlier weeks with something which began as a beef between Obinim and Kennedy Agyapong.

The controversy between the two has taken over media space as they have been going back-and-forth, revealing each other’s dirty secrets on live TV for days.

In Kennedy Agypong’s latest expose of Obinim, he mentioned among many things, a list of women who the Bishop has been involved in having sexual relationships.

Popular Ghanaian actress and TV personality, Benedicta Gaffah’s name was among the list enumerated by the honorable.

So in a response to this latest allegation, Obinim decided to come clean in one of the matters that he has cheated on his wife during their marriage. Below are excerpts of what Obinim said:

I’ve personally confessed in public that if I say I’ve not cheated since I got married to Florence Obinim, then I’m lying. There is a video of me confessing in my church.

It’s been sixteen (16) years since our marriage, and during this period I’ve indeed cheated on my wife. But my wife has chosen to stay with me because she loves me.

She has every right to divorce me today if she wants. She will be justified to say that today I am divorcing my husband Bishop Obinim.

Although if she does, I’ll ask her for a reason. And certainly, she’ll say it’s because I’ve been cheating on her since we got married. And I’d beg her for forgiveness.

It will be up to her to decide whether or not to forgive me. However, it doesn’t mean the end of the world for her- I’m don’t feed her- it’s God who takes care of her. And similarly it’s God who takes care of me.

Obinim, however, refused to mention names nor explain his extramarital affairs and the side chicks involved in his escapades.
