A Nigerian social media influencer Abidemi Abiodun, famed as Poshnicki has all the reasons to praise her maker as she nearly lost her life in a gory accident.

Poshnicki shared a video of what is left of her car she bought 2 months ago. She disclosed in the caption of the video that a big trailer crushed into her and she was lucky to have survived.

The influencer added that her phone was stolen by passerby who came to her aid.

Necessity is the mother of all invention and this video of a man running away from the cops proves it. In the blink of an eye, the man was able to escape from two cops straight into a sewer.

The video which is making rounds on social media shows a man’s close shave with the police. He seemed to have been apprehended but managed to get away thanks to an open sewer on the sidewalk.

In a split second, the apprehended man tears himself from the grasp of a police man. Despite his jacket being grasped by the cop intent on catching him, the man jumps into an open sewer and frees himself.

From the video, the cop who tries to snatch the runaway is unsuccessful. Whereas the man was willing to flee even through the sewers, the cop was not going willing to go in and soil himself.

We are not aware of the crime committed by the man to be apprehended by the police. However, if people truly do deserve a second chance, this man earned his with his sweet sewer-escape.

A lion Saturday night escaped from its cage at Kano Zoo, setting off panic among residents of the community close to the zoo.

A resident of Gandu Albasa quarters, near the zoo, told The Guardian that residents of the area have started relocating for the safety of their lives.

When contacted on phone, managing director of Kano Zoology, Saidu Gwadebe confirmed the Lion’s escaped.

Saidu told the correspondent that the animal escaped from its cage at about 8 pm and dashed into the wild zoo forest.

He said a team of experts have already been deployed to capture the Lion while reassuring of the safety of lives of people living in the area.

The police spokesman in Kano, DSP Abdullahi Haruna who also confirmed the incident revealed that heavily armed policemen have been deployed around the zoo premise for protection.
