Sunday night in Mombasa was filled with excitement as fans awaited to see Burna Boy. The African Giant artist was the main act for the NRG Wave Festival held at Mombasa Sports Club.

However, Burna Boy was not the only act that fans were waiting for. Former Wasafi Records signee Harmonize from Tanzania was also one of the acts who made it to Mombasa to perform.

Unfortunately, the NRG wave festival ended with disappointment for fans. The much awaited Burna Boy arrived very late and performed for just a short time. As for Harmonize, he was a complete no-show.

The Tanzanian artist has recently revealed why he did not perform at the concert. According to him, the promoters NRG did not pay him as per their initial agreement.

According to Harmonize and his mangers, the NRG promoters had not even set aside a proper plan to pay him. They wanted to pay him from the money they were collecting from ticket sales at the gate; quite a shame.

Harmonize who has another show on Monday in Tandahimba opted to leave and prepare for the show and his departure from Mombasa.

Tanzanian artist Harmonize released a new single a couple of weeks dubbed Uno. In only five days, the track had garnered over 1 million views on YouTube and trended at number 1.

The one person who wasn’t blown away by Uno was Kenyan singer and producer Magix Enga. In fact, when the song was released, he took to Instagram to compare the song with his own hit Dundaing; the two indeed do have similar beats.

Finally, Magix Enga has gotten justice after Uno was taken down over violating his copyright claim. Uno joins the list of hit songs taken down in 2019 over copyright issues.

Magix Enga took to Instagram to brag about his win. “Don’t sample magix Enga beats. I repeat don’t. Like I said i’m not going to allow this to happen in the 254,” he wrote.

Award winning artist Harmonize recently released a new song dubbed Uno. The audio track debuted a week ago however the video was posted on YouTube yesterday.

The popular song ‘Uno’ which already has over a million views is now facing accusations of lacking originality. In an Instagram post, Kenyan singer and producer Magix Enga has accused Harmonize of stealing beats from his hit song Dundaing.

Dundaing which is still a club banger in Kenya actually does have similar beats with Uno if you listen keenly. The beats are similar especially at the start of the song.

Harmonize is yet to put the matter to rest. So far, he seems unbothered with the accusation and is instead enjoying the reactions of fans to Uno. Stolen beats or not, the song is quite a vibe.

Tanzanian hit-maker Harmonize broke the hearts of many ladies over the weekend when he married his long term Italian girlfriend. The artist and his now wife Sarah tied the knot in an invites-only secret wedding ceremony in Dar es Salaam.

The newly weds first made their union official in a traditional Muslim wedding ceremony before a white wedding reception party. A wedding invitation leaked online last week. However, many were still unaware of the wedding that happened on Saturday. See pictures below.

The couple dated for more than three years until Harmonize popped the question in April in Italy. He went down on one knee in front of Sarah’s family and friends. We wish the newly weds nothing but marital bliss and cute babies.
