Nigerian investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has dropped a message on her twitter page to the effect that it’s God who issues visas a d not embassies.

Contrary to the known popular belief that it’s an embassy of a country that issues Visas, Kemi Olunloyo thinks otherwise.

The controversial journalist noted that, God is the ultimate provider of Visas and not an embassy.

She mentioned popular Nigerian fraudster, Hushpuppi as a prove that Visas are issued by God and not embassies.

She tweeted: “God issues visas abeg NOT embassies and diplomatic missions Just ask HushPuppi who entered America without a visa or Pretty Mike who entered 28 countries last week without a visa Learn how the world works”

Famous investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has promised to release two videos which are aimed at exposing some key personalities in the entertainment industry.

The controversial journalist, whose beef with Davido and his fiancee, Chioma is an open secret, promised to release some damning revelations about Chioma.

This new revelation which is in a video, has the power to shatter the relationship between Davido and his baby mama, Chioma for good.

Kemi Olunloyo has always alleged that, Chioma and Peruzzi have been engaging in multiple $*xual bouts at the blind side of Davido.

This allegations are what she said, she has captured on camera and will be dropping the video soon.

Another video she promised to release is one that involves renowned blogger, Linda Ikeji and internationally acclaimed fraudster, Hushpuppi.

She tweeted: “The 2 tapes I wanna release now can DESTROY LIVES!! I’m a sleeping Dog 🐕. Pls let me lie

A court in Illinois, Chicago, United States, has revealed why embattled Instagram celebrity, Hushpuppi was denied bail.

The court has now revealed it denied Hushpuppi bail and the opportunity to stay with his girlfriend’s Uncle pending the conclusion of his trial.

Based on the recommendations of the Pretrial services which provides the court quality information about defendants, it was stated that Hushpuppi presents a risk of non appearance and should be removed to the charging district in California in custody.

Premium Times reported that other factors include the fact that Mr Abbas is subject to lengthy period of incarceration if convicted, lacks significant community or family ties to the district, lacks significant family or other ties outside the United States, lacks legal status in the country and will be subjected to removal or deportation for serving any period of incarceration.

If the allegations turns out true, it was further stated that Huspuppi who has ties with many foreign countries has sufficient assets to fund flight to anywhere in the world.

The court statement partly read;

“Abbas reportedly rents an apartment in Dubai for $10.000 a month and drives a Bentley. He is alleged to have committed financial crimes that netted tens of millions of dollars or more.

“For these reasons and those stated on the record, Mr Abbas shall be removed to the charging district in the custody of the US Marshal.”

Recall that the Instagram celebrity who was arrested last month in Dubai for alleged wire fraud and extradited to the U.S on July 3, was accused of being part of a network that made “hundreds of millions of dollars” from business email compromise frauds and other scams. He risks spending 20 years in prison if convicted.

Fraud case against Olalekan Ponle a.k.a Mr Woodberry, has been dismissed by a United States Court.

Mr Woodberry was arrested in June, alongside Ramon Abbas famed as Hushpuppi, over a multi million dollar wire fraud.

Woodberry was accused of tricking a Chicago company into sending wire transfers totaling $15.2 million and was extradited to the US on July 2nd.

A jury, at a United States District Court in Illinois, summed up the allegations against him to an eight-count charge of wire fraud, which violates section 1343 of the United States Codes.

However, the United States government on Monday July 20th filed a motion through its attorney John R. Lausch, requesting that the case against him be dismissed without prejudice.

Top Chicago lawyer, Gal Pissetzky, who is representing alleged scammer, Ramon Abass, otherwise known as Hushpuppi, has rubbished claims that he has jilted his client.

The lawyer told Punch that he would still be standing for Hushpuppi and that the case is getting better

Pissetzky also told the publication that he’s confident Hushpuppi will come out victorious in this case.

He said;

“I am still representing him. I will be in California for the case.

“Our legal system is quite different from yours. That he was denied bail does not mean his case is getting worse. Actually, I think it’s getting better. I am not, however, allowed to comment on the facts of the case.

“There is no new evidence put forward by the FBI at this point. Whatever news report that suggests things are getting worse for him is not true.”
