Hollywood superstar, Chuck Norris is dragging a company to court for using his name to sell fake erectile dysfunction medication.

The iconic actor sued Bio-Molecular Solutions and Biogenetics for using his brand and face to promote a product called Provitra which acts like Viagra.

Gena, Chuck Noriis’ wife, discovered the scam in June while surfing the internet. TMZ reported that Gena saw an online ad with the headline “A Tragic End Today for Chuck Norris.”

Once the ad is clicked, the reader is taken to another site that looks very similar to a Fox News article with the headline, “Big Pharma In Outrage Over Norris’ New ED Product…Chuck Kicks Back With This!”

The false article features a photo of Chuck and his wife and a completely false assertions throughout, including that he “revealed his new Erectile Dysfunction cure on the Dr. Phil Show.”

The phony article includes a call to action to receive a free bottle of the ED pills, and all the hyperlinks take the reader to a third website,a point-of-sale page for Provitra.

Chuck Norris and his wife revealed this this is not the first time they’ve been used as bait in a scam ad. He added that in 2019 they tried to stop a similar illegal scam and were successful. The couple is seeking damages from the company and want it to stop making false representations about them.

Renate Blauel, 67 is demanding a whopping £ 3 million pounds from her former husband who divorced her in 1988 to live freely as a gay man.

Documents filed at a London high court this week revealed the popular singer made some comments that broke an agreement he made with his former German wife as part of divorce proceedings over three decades ago.

Renate Blauel blames her ailing mental health on the publication thus triggering her decision to sue her former husband who she met in 1983 while working as his sound engineer.

The singer admitted he felt guilty after he initiated the whole divorce process while praising her for being the best woman she has ever dated.

US Based journalist, Azuka Jebose Molokwu has been slapped with a 2 billion Naira defamation suit by Nigerian business mogul Ned Nwoko.

Reports have it that Ned Nwoko sued the journalist with a 2 billion naira lawsuit for claiming Ned Nwoko is a cultist because of his love to marry virgins.

The suit obtained from Effurun High Court, Delta State on behalf of Nwoko by his counsel, Ikhide Ehighelua and Co dated July 13, 2020, reveals that the defendant made lots of defamatory comments about Ned which was aimed to dent his hard-earned reputation.

An angry jilted Nigerian man has initiated legal action to recover all the money he claims to have spent on his girlfriend after the latter dumped him for a big man.

The man, Zubairu Dalhatu Malamal is demanding the sum of 9 million naira he claims to have spent on his ex-girlfriend, Zainab Abdullahi Yahaya.
