Nigeria’s music sensation Wizkid is 30 years today. His numerous fans have taken to social media to celebrate their music idol.

The musician was born as Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun. He discovered his singing talent at a young age as at aged 11 he was writing his first lyrics.

He managed to release a collaborative album with Glorious Five, a group he and some church mates formed.

He rose to national prominence when he released the lead song “Holla at Your Boy“ on his debut album Superstar (2011).

Five years later, Wizkid got massive international recognition following his collaboration with Drake on the global hit, “One Dance”.

He has since risen to be one of the top consistent Nigerian entertainment icons with massive following and an equalling appetizing bank account.

Versatile Nigerian musician has added a new house to his collection of buildings. The 29 year old singer, whose real name is Azeez Adeshina Fashola shared his latest property on his social media to the admiration of his followers.

He added that the building was his fifth one in the plush Lekki suburb of Lagos. The popular musician really is enjoying life to the fullest after dishing out great music consistently.

Versatile Nigerian artiste, Burna Boy hits 29 years old today, July 2nd and his fans are showering him with love.

The Port Harcourt-born musician, whose real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu Rex, has grown into a household name after he emerged on the entertainment scene some eight years ago.

Aside the numerous awards bagged at home and on the African continent, the musician has also won other internationally acclaimed awards including the 2019 and 2020 BET Awards’ International Best Act.

Gifted Nigerian singer/songwriter, Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ better known as Brymo, has publicly mocked his colleague musicians in Nigeria claiming most of them lack talent.

Brymo has been throwing constant shades at other Nigerian artists for sometime now and this is no different. In a recent tweet, he mocked that about 99% of people’s favorite artists cannot write, sing or even do a live performance of their own songs.

His tweet caused an uproar as many who did not agree with what he said dared him to mention names if what he claim is true.

He then replied the tweet saying he cannot mention names but 99% of artists in Nigeria are culprits.
