Labour’s Corbyn Storms Ghana
The leader of Britain’s largest opposition party, the Labour Party is set to visit Ghana on a four-day trip. Jeremy Corbyn who is pushing for the collapse of the Boris Johnson prime ministership and a new referendum on the Brexit took to his twitter page to announce his trip.
He will be hosted by President Akufo-Addo at the Jubilee House to hold a meeting. Jeremy Corbyn will also be meeting former president John Mahama and the National Democratic Congress executives to solidify the relationship between the two parties.
His visit to Ghana has received mixed reaction within the Labour Party. Some have questioned its timing when he must be providing leadership in the midst of a political tantrum in Britain.
