Ghana Police Orders Lady To Desilt Gutter With Her Hands
A video circulating on social media shows an officer instructing a lady to get inside a gutter.

Apparently, the lady threw a sachet water rubber from her car into a gutter. The police who were standing by quickly jumped on her to get inside the gutter and pick the rubber out with her hands.
