South Africa’s Defense Minister Says They Can’t Stop Xenophobic Attacks
South Africa’s Defense Minister, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, has stated that the attacks on foreigners in South Africa were planned by criminals and that the South African government can’t prevent it.

The Minister said this on Monday in an interview with eNCA, a local television station, adding that South Africa is an angry nation and therefore stood her ground that there is nothing that the government can do to prevent these heinous crimes.
