Is Huddah Monroe Going Into Politics? See Her Poster Campaigning For 2022 Nairobi Women Rep Seat

We are currently in the days where sportsmen and musicians have ventured into politics. Some of these public figures have successfully transitioned into politics, encouraging other celebrities to give it a try. This aside, no socialite has declared an interest in politics until today. In a post on Instagram, Huddah Monroe announced that she might be venturing into politics.

Although her post looked somewhat comical, it clearly read that she would be vying for Nairobi Women Rep in the upcoming 2022 elections. In the caption, she made fun of the extremes that candidates have gone through for certain seats. She mentioned DJ Kriss Darlin kneeling for Raila Odinga and also others crying for Sonko.

Reactions from the post varied from supportive opinions to hateful messages.
