1. Flax Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Pomegranate Seeds
These seeds are good in increasing blood flow and producing testosterone. They also contain zinc and omega 3 fatty acids among other micronutrients that make up sex hormones.
2. Avocados
Avocados are rich in vitamin E which is essential for the testicles. The Vitamin E antioxidants help to widen blood vessels and reduce sperm DNA damage.
3. Oysters
Oysters are rich in zinc which is a key mineral in sexual maturation. Zinc helps produce testosterone – the hormone linked with sexual desire
