Tweet Alert: Rapper Octopizzo Defends Champion Eliud Kipchoge After a Fan Disrespects The Greatest Marathon Runner Alive
With great success comes haters. On Twitter, a user trying to throw shade at rapper Octopizzo compared Kipchoge to another great marathon runner Tergat.
On Saturday 12th October, Eliud Kipchoge made history on the Hauptallee in Vienna. He became the first man to achieve the barrier-breaking sub-two-hour marathon as part of the INEOS 1:59 Challenge.
Kipchoge proved that he is the greatest marathon runner of all time by finishing in 1:59:40.2 to secure his moon-landing moment.
With great success comes haters. On Twitter, a user trying to throw shade at rapper Octopizzo compared Kipchoge to another great marathon runner Tergat.
In the tweet, the user related Octopizzo to Paul Tergat who once said that no one can run the marathon in under 2 hours.

Octopizzo replied to the tweet by saying ” You don’t have to bash another legend just coz we have a new one. You don’t see Lebron or Kobe disrespecting Jordan just coz they’ve hit more points.”
