World marathon record holder Eliud Kipchoge just sued NRG Radio over the use of his brand without consent. NRG Radio unlawfully used his pictures and name during the INEOS 159 Challenge period.
Doing things for clout can have serious repercussions. NRG radio management can attest to this saying following their most recent scandal with Eliud Kipchoge.
World marathon record holder Eliud Kipchoge just sued NRG Radio over the use of his brand without consent. NRG Radio unlawfully used his pictures and name during the INEOS 159 Challenge period.
By sharing content using Eliud’s brand on social media without proper authorization, NRG management had this lawsuit coming.
The lawsuit was handled by popular city lawyer, Donald Kipkorir Kipchoge.
