Twitter War: Controversial Lawyer Miguna Miguna Belittles Kipchoge’s historic feat on Twitter and Gets a Taste of His Own Medicine

Embattled lawyer Miguna Miguna started a Twitter war against his fellow country people that he lost. It all started when he posted the following tweet;

“In 2019, as the world celebrates NOBEL PRIZE winners in Physics, Economics, Medicine, Literature, Peace and other ACHIEVEMENTS of the HUMAN BRAIN, CREATIVITY and INDUSTRY, Kenyans are ululating over RUNNERS. Hunters and gatherers are obsolete. Wars are no longer won by runners.”

This tweet didn’t sit right with many Kenyans on Twitter who bashed him for not celebrating Kipchoge. Minimizing Kipchoge’s historic feat in Vienna to mere hunting and gathering was crossing the line.

Eliud Kipchoge broke the two-hour barrier by completing a marathon in less than two hours. He clocked 1:59:40; an impressive achievement recognized by even President Obama himself.

A tweet that speaks for everyone in response to Miguna’s read “We have different abilities Dr. Miguna. Why should I not congratulate our runners who prove that no human is limited?”

“And if I may kindly ask, what have you won personally other than criticizing Kenyan. Do us a favor of winning a Nobel price using your human brain if you can,” the user wrote.
