Kamene Goro has just posted an Instagram video ranting about shallow minded Kenyans. In particular, she was clapping back at internet trolls who shamed her for sharing her HIV status.

Turns out, the post received some nasty comments, some telling her to take another test and confirm. Majority bashed her for showing it asking her whether she’d have revealed the test had it been positive. Check the video of her major rant below;
