Receipts: Kenyan Man Spends $3000 in One Night at The Club – In January!

Since time immemorial, January has been a month characterized by Kenyans complaining about being broke.

Majority of Kenyans genuinely don’t have money in January. Blame it on the December festivities that drain money before the year ends.

Blame it also on the crippling bills that drain money as the New year starts and of course blame it on the alcohol in between.

However, not everyone is broke in January. Among the very wealthy; The President and his kin and CEO’s is this man who blew $3000 dollars in one night.

On the night of 8th January 2019, Club Blend in Nairobi hosted a man and his crew who spent a fortune; much to the club owner’s joy.

The man identified as Tim Matiba waltzed in with his crew which included some Kenyan artists and ordered the most expensive drinks in the club.

Among the artists were dance hall artist Dufla Diligon and female recording artist Gin Ideal who entered the club hand in hand with Matiba rocking orange outfits.

During the night, the group ordered bottles upon bottles. On their tables were 8 bottles of Belaire Rose, 1 bottle of Johnny Walker Odyssey and 3 bottles of Moet Rose.

They also ordered food and non alcoholic drinks in plenty including lots of water. Hydration is important when downing all that liquor.

A picture of the group’s receipt went viral causing Kenyans to react with shock to the insane amount of money spent in this month of poverty.

I don’t know what this guy Tim Matiba does for a living but he should probably give a Ted Talk on how to be rich in January and every month.

The biggest winner of the night was definitely the club who made some serious sales not forgetting the waiters who served the table making serious tips.
