Nigerians received the news of Afro-fusion artiste, Burna Boy, was nominated for the award under the Best World Music Album category as it remains the dream of every artiste to break boundaries and create an international imprint in his or her musical career.

However, the hope for Nigerian singer Burna Boy to come home with an award didn’t see the light of the day as he lost the award to legendary African singer, Angelique Kidjo. Celebrated South African rapper, AKA, has twitted on his twitter handle a nice piece to the King of Nigeria Music, Burna Boy amidst his Grammy loss.

On social media specifically via his Twitter page , AKA posted to react to Burna Boy’s loss of the Grammy Award. According to AKA, even a nomination alone is a prestigious achievement as it comes with a huge benefit. He added that Burna Boy is still a champion and he considers him a winner.
