“I Have Never Taking Even A Sip of Alcohol Before” – ‘Drunkard’ Koo Fori
Koo Fori was yesterday in the news following his comment on the ban of celebrities in the endorsement of alcoholic beverages in the country,
The Ghanaian actor, who has been stereotyped over the years as a drunkard considering his role in ‘Efiewura’ TV series. But according to him in an interview, he has never tasted alcohol before in his entire life.
“I have never drunk alcohol before, Never in my life. Immediately I get into the act of a drunkard, I begin to sweat and I do not know where it comes from. Psychologically, it has taken effect on me”.
He said because he’s not a drunkard, his mother wept the first time he saw him on TV drunk.
Koo Fori made this revelation in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM:
“My mother cried bitterly the first day she saw me on TV, playing the role of a drunkard. I explained to her but it took her a very long time for her to understand,”
