MUSIGA Replies Gyedu Blay Ambolley
The acting President for the Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bessa Simons, has spoken to allegations leveled against the Union by highlife musician, Gyedu Blay Ambolley, that the office is involved in visa racketeering.
Gyedu-Blay Ambolley, over the weekend, alleged that MUSIGA executives were using the office to secure visas for people who were not members illegally.

Bessa Simons denied all allegations and charged Ambolley to provide evidence to support his claims.
Speaking in an interview with BEATWAVES, the acting President said Ambolley spoke out of bitterness and has been harboring hatred for the union after he lost an election some years ago.

He further advised the veteran to use his influence to support the union and provide great ideas to push Ghana’s music forward rather than inciting people against the union.
