Video: King Promise Says He’s Not Expecting Any Award At 2020 VGMA – Explains Why
Multiple hit factor, King Promise has made a rather shocking statement in a recent interview monitored by Africacelebrities.Com.
The Legacy Life Entertainment act in a conversation with Sammy Kay said he does not work for award and as such is not expecting any at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

King promise also echoed that he believes it is a misplaced priority when an artist focuses on winning awards instead of making good music to entertain fans.
He said his main job is to make his fans happy and if the fans deem it worthy to award him, he will gladly accept but he will not channel his strength in fighting for awards.

King promise has been nominated for about seven awards at this year’s Ghana Music Awards including Songwriter Of The Year, Male Vocalist Of The Year and High-Life Artist Of The Year.
