It’s finally happening. The much anticipated wedding between the most talked about celebrity couple in Ghana Medikal and Fella Makafui is underway.

The news about Sowutuom Jay Z and Kpando Beyonce getting married broke when Medikal made it known at a performance during the Pent hall week celebration at University of Ghana.

However, many Ghanaians received the news with skepticism. And why is that? Probably because of the trajectory Medikal and Fella Makafui’s relationship took.

When it became the talk of town that the celebrity couple had broken up earlier this year, the same thing was said about the break up. Many believed that it was just a publicity stunt to promote Medikal’s yet-to-release song.

Further to all of these, today on their wedding day Fella Makafui had to be rushed to the hospital after she collapsed while on the dance floor with Medikal.

Fella later came to announce that her passing out was a prank on her husband because many didn’t believe their marriage was really going to happen so she wanted to test if he loved her.

So a social media user commented after this came to light that he would not be surprised if after five years of marriage, Fella Makafui and Medikal come out to say that their marriage was also a publicity stunt.

The comment reads as follows: “I still won’t be shocked if they wake up one day after 5 years of marriage and tell us that it was all for hype. These two will do anything for hype.”
