My Battle With Kennedy Agyapong Is Not The Lord’s – Angel Obinim Shares His Confusion

The recent battles that turn to be a scarecrow to Bishop Daniel Obinim who remains the leader and founder of International God’s Way Church (I.G.W.C) have made him cause a stir online with his latest rant.

As we all known, Angel Obinim as affectionately called has been in news for all the bad and evil reasons after he controverts with braggart political figure and the Assin Central Member of Parliament, Honourable Kennedy Ohene Agyapong commenced.

The ‘semi-cold war’ was expected to end overnight but the venom that was spat from both camps ended up grabbing the whole attention of not on netizens and social media users but the country at large as it has taken its shores into the legal fraternity space.

However, the woes of embattled pastor Daniel Obinim seems not over as the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) chases him to pay about GH¢1.6 million in taxes to the state.

With regret, Angel Obinim as affectionately called is also been slashed with a case from the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) which also functions as an anti-graft body to investigate him over alleged money laundering and other related crimes.

Angel Obinim was in the police custody as the man of God who tags himself as an angel for only God knows why failed to fly away and was later slapped with a huge bail fine that got the self-acclaimed billionaire days to bail himself out.

Yesterday, the husband of gospel music sensation again appeared before the Kaneshie District Magistrate Court in Accra after he was charged with propagating fake news and involving himself in forgery activities.

Interestingly, five (5) lawyers were in the court just on the behalf of the popular clergy but only one from the information gathered was given the right to stand on his behalf as a counsel.

The positive news was that the man of God’s wish was granted as the case was adjourned as petitioned by his counsel.

In an up-close with Bishop Daniel Obinim, he stated emphatically that, Ghanaians have been making a mockery of him not being able to practice his angelic works as to why he couldn’t fly or call for some angels from heaven to fight on his behalf as his father Jesus Christ cannot deny him.

“My battle with Honourable Kennedy Agyapong is not from my father Jesus Christ and it is not spiritual so Ghanaians shouldn’t expect me to engage in my angelic works” – he said.
