In a statement released today, October 20, the Public Relations Officer of the State Police, SP Olumuyiwa Adejobi noted that, all security operatives in the State will be deployed to the streets to enforce the curfew and the ban.

The thugs broke the Oko Prisons and freed the inmates there and also burnt down a police station in a different State.

It’s in this regard that some States including the Lagos State are imposing curfew and banning protests in the country.

The statement read: “The Lagos State Police Command wishes to inform the general public that henceforth no protest or gathering or possession, under whatever guise, is permitted within Lagos State.”

“In the light of the above, all security agencies have deployed adequate personnel to take charge and enforce the curfew across the state.”
