Peter Okoye Gives Update On Omah Lay And Tems’ Arrest In Uganda
Popular Nigerian singer and dancer, Peter Okoye popularly referred to as Mr. P has given an update on the arrest of Nigerian singers Omah Lay and Tems in Uganda.
The two singers were arrested after they performed in a show in Uganda against Covid-19 directives in the country.

They were arraigned before court and charged and were subsequently sent back to separate prisons.
Nigerian celebrities mounted pressure on the authorities that be to release the duo immediately.

Mr. P who was very vocal in this call has now taken to his Twitter handle to give an update on their release.
His tweet reads: “Good morning guys! Just to inform you all that there’s a huge progress now and @Omah_Lay and #Tems will be on their way back home soon! Pls let’s all be calm! Thanks.”
