Priscilla Ojo Responds to Tanzanian Blogger’s Warning

Priscilla Ojo, aka Priscy, daughter of Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo, responded to a warning from Tanzanian blogger Mange warning her to stay out of their country’s affairs.

In a video shared to her social media handles, Priscilla clapped back with a video saying she does not respond to people with low intelligence.

The Nigerian actress’s daughter recently got married to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux in a multi-country wedding that made headlines across the continent.

They held multiple ceremonies in both Nigeria and Tanzania, captivating audiences in both nations.

The Tanzanian leg of their wedding grabbed headline attention in the East African country, prompting criticism from an influencer.

Mange Kimambi warned Priscilla Ojo to stay away from the country with her husband, Juma Jux, and no longer distract the youth from fighting Tanzanian authorities to implement reform.

She argued that celebrities are often used to distract from youth and social movements and begged Priscy to desist from sharing any content or engaging in any activities meant to draw attention from the crucial fight against the government.

“…Tanzania is in a fight of a lifetime. We are fighting for our rights. We need our people to pay attention to the fight, so we don’t need you and Jux to distract our people with stupid content that the government want you guys to post,” Mange Kimambi wrote in a post that has since gone viral in both Tanzania and Nigeria.

“We need you and Jux to sit down for the next 5 months. After the election, y’all can continue doing whatever you need to do to stay relevant…don’t make us hate you our [in]-law.”

Priscilla responded to Mange’s post on her Instagram stories, sharing a video from one Grace Ajilore speaking about how she deals with attacks.

“When people do things to me, I don’t react because I just know inside that it’s because you’re an idiot,” she said in the video.
