Wizkid Flaunts Infant Daughter with Jada Pollock at Documentary Premiere

Nigerian superstar Wizkid showed off his infant daughter’s face for the first time at the launch of his new documentary, ‘Wizkid: Long Live Lagos”.

Wizkid, his partner Jada Pollock, and their six-month-old daughter were spotted at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York, where the film was being screened to audiences for the first time.

A video shared by officialhiptv on Instagram showed the musician on the red carpet with his daughter on his shoulder.

Both wore white, a symbol of victory in African culture.

Jada Pollock made an appearance, but Wizkid held their daughter, revelling in his duties as a father.

Wizkid smiled as a fulfilled father as he let his daughter wave to the gathered crowd.

The video marks the first time the singer showed his daughter off in public since her birth.

Wizkid and Jada Pollock welcomed their daughter in November 2024, their third child together.

It wasn’t an easy pregnancy, as Jada Pollock revealed she underwent an emergency appendectomy 3 months into being pregnant.

“3 months into my pregnancy, I was rushed to the hospital to have my appendix removed. Against all odds, both my baby and I made it through safely,” she shared.

Wizkid: Long Live Lagos

The Afrobeats superstar is telling his story in a new documentary following his rise to stardom from the slums of Lagos.

The movie is intended to give a detailed look into the superstar’s rise from zero to hero and how he has used music to change the world and the life of his family.

Wizkid: Long Live Lagos stars among others, Femi Kuti, Jada Pollock, Julie Adenuga, Seni Saraki, Sunday Are, Matthew Temitope Solomon, Karen Binns, Adosu Segan, Tops Bademosi; and its headline star, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid.
