Afia Schwarzenegger Attacks Late Yaa Baby’s Mother for Poor Parenting
U.S.-based Ghanaian comedienne Afia Schwarzenegger attacked the mother of the late Philipa Frimpong, aka Yaa Baby, for being a poor parent.
Schwarzenegger blamed Yaa Baby’s grieving mother for her daughter’s death.
She alleged that her mother failed in instilling good moral values in her daughter.
Yaa Baby was shot and killed in a tragic accident in Yeji in the Bono East Region on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
The snapchat queen and her boyfriend, snapchat influencer Kobby GH, visited the area after attending the funeral of the late Mamponghene, Daasebre Osei Bonsu II, in Asante Mampong.
They were accompanied by two other friends, Kojo Emmanuel and Michael Kabutey.
During their time in Bono East, Kobby GH allegedly discharged a pump action gun, hitting Yaa Baby in the arm.
She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she died.
Her death went viral on social media and raised questions about parental oversight and responsibility in regards to young ladies.
Yaa Baby was reportedly 21-years-old and living on her own in a rented apartment.
Friends said she had not been spotted at her apartment for over a month and that she was with Kobby GH.
Afia Schwarzenegger ranted over these revelations from her friends and blamed her mother for being unable to instill discipline in her daughter.
Schwarzenegger pointed to snapchat videos showing Yaa Baby smoking and playing with a firearm and said she will never allow any of her children to behave in such a manner.
The former presenter said she will physically harm any of her three children who misbehaved in such a manner on social media.
She fully blamed Yaa Baby’s mother for her death and expressed pity for young girls growing up today.
Afia said they are not receiving the proper training children should receive, making their future bleak.
