75- Year Old Ugandan President, Yoweri K Museveni has gone live on television to demonstrate to his people how to exercise indoors during coronavirus lockdown.

H.E Museveni had previously warned residents of Uganda to cease trooping out to train amid the outbreak of Coronavirus in the country.

He promised to teach how to exercise at the comfort of your homes without stepping out to violate the lockdown rule or endanger yourself and he has delivered on the promise.

“Yesterday, I discouraged people who have been jogging in groups, exposing themselves to risk amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. You do not have to go outdoors to exercise. Here is my demonstration of how you can exercise indoors and stay safe.” he wrote in addition to a video of him working out.

As Fit as he is, H.E Yoweri K Museveni did over 40 push ups and jogged around his office just to teach his people an easy home workout routine.

Making her intentions known, Yvonne revealed in social media post on that the she wants to be president one day.

She cited her genuine care for Ghana and desire to develop the country as part of her reason for wanting to become president.

Her social media post on Twitter reads: “Wanna be PRESIDENT one day! I genuinely CARE! Wanna DEVELOP Ghana.”

As reported by CNN, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has called for the arrest of those involved in a spate of attacks focused on foreign-owned businesses in the country.

Ramaphosa said in a statement that he had convened a security meeting with law enforcement agencies to stop the violence.

He claimed there was no justification for the attacks and warned that violence on foreign businesses could trigger xenophobic attacks against South Africans living abroad.

Police said 70 people have been arrested in connection with the incident which commenced in Jeppestown, a neighborhood in the city, but has quickly spread to other areas.

Some students of the Nursing and Midwifery Training College in Nalerigu, North East Region in Ghana, were seen in a video apologizing to former President John Dramani Mahama when he came on a visit to the school.

They went on their knees, held placards and chanted, “JM we are sorry, we need you back”, until the former president’s guards asked them to stand up.

They claim the current government is not treating them right.

Police in Zambia have arrested an opposition leader and charged him with defaming the president of the country.

Chishimba Kambwili was arrested on charges of insulting President Edgar Lungu in videos circulating on the internet. He faces up to three years imprisonment if found guilty.

Chishimba Kambwili was previously the information minister but was dismissed and has since turned into a fierce critic of President Lungu.
