CEO of Amazon, Jeff Bezos has become the first person in the world to have a net worth of $200 billion, Forbes report.

As at Wednesday, August 26, 1:50pm ET, Jeff Bezos was reported to have been worth $204.6 billion after gaining 2% stock on Amazon. Jeff, who is the richest man on earth increased his worth from $74 billion to $204.6 billion.

Reports say the global pandemic affected the stocks of Amazon positively as many people were forced to buy online skyrocketing the company’s stock price.

The company’s share price has surged more than 100% since March 16, when it was trading for less than $1,700 per share. Amazon is worth $1.72 trillion, making it the second most valuable company behind Apple, which is worth $2.16 trillion.

Burna Boy has become the first artiste to earn over 1 million views on YouTube, according to music chart platform Turntable Charts. The record was held by Beyonce with 902,000 views but Burna beat her with over 100,000 views.

Turntable Charts tweeted, “@burnaboy is the first artiste to earn over 1 million views on YouTube NG in a week (based on views solely from Nigeria). He surpasses the previous record high of 902,000 views by Beyonce (July 19 – July 25, 2019)”

The album contains 15 tracks, featuring Chris Martin (‘Monsters You Made’), Stormzy (‘Real Life’), Youssou N’Dour (‘Level Up/Twice As Tall’) and Naughty by Nature among many others.

American Music mogul Diddy is the executive producer for the album with support from Burna Boy and his mother. Reports have it that Twice As Tall is expected to outperform his last album.
