Top-notch Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye of the defunct Psquare musical group who is known for his stage name Rude Boy has shared why he is musically rude.

According to the popular Nigerian singer and entertainer, Ryde Boy, music must make sense and this can be the main reason why he is fond of making songs that can actually relate.

Rude Boy further added that he counts himself out of any music collaboration that doesn’t make sense to him.

He then concluded by saying that, this remains the very reason why he is musically rude.

The top 10 list of the most viewed African songs on YouTube 2019 is out and Diamond Platnumz tops it at number 1. Yope Remix featuring Diamond and Innos’b stands at the top with 50 Million views.

The artist is also making the most appearances on the list with 4 songs. His song Inama featuring Fally Ipupa stands at number 2 with 43 Million views.

The other two Diamond songs making the list are Tetema with Rayvanny at number 5 and Diamond’s solo single The One at number 9.

Rude Boy of PSquare fame has told Nigerians to start making a video anytime, anyplace or anywhere they see the Nigerian police. He shares his with the police as below:

Few month ago, I posted “some Nigerians police are illiterate “ because I witnessed how they treated a young man with short dreads @ lekki phase1 entrance gate.

They were harassing and calling him all sort of names… criminal, yahoo boy and all, when I asked what is happening here?, the young man tried to explain to me that they said his car documents where photocopy, they want to take him to the station, that he should send someone to bring the original to the station.

One of the police was inside the guys car already screaming “my friend come and move this car!! You are a criminal!” I told the police to stop calling him a criminal.

The young man said he’s not a criminal, that he’s a footballer, and the police man said that’s what all you criminals and yahoo boys say… if it’s not footballer, it’s musician and all 😒.

So I got pissed, brought out my phone and started making a video, the police were uncomfortable, that’s was how they decided to let him go. Later that night this young man sent me a Dm and thanked me.

But then his Instagram page was verified… to cut the long story short….yesterday I saw this same young man playing against Barcelona in champions league 😳 Barcelona vs Slavia Prague 😳azin ehh!!, I was like this guy looks familiar, had to type his name on I.g @olayinka_peter …. I was very proud of what I did that night ,… then I screamed again …. God punish some illiterate Nigerian police 😆👎🏽

Paul Okoye of P-Square fame, now known in showbiz as Rude Boy, has had over 20 million views on his latest hit song ‘Reason With Me’.

P-Square were Nigerian R&B duo of identical twin brothers Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye. They produced and released many songs before their breakaway in September 2017.
