New Rufftown Records signee, Fantana arrived in a gold gown with her boss, Bullet, and we obviously spotted that Wendy Shay was not with them. Usually, Wendy Shay is accompanied to such events by her manager, Bullet, but she was absent at this year’s Glitz Style Awards.
