United States International University Africa (USIU) recently celebrated its 50th Graduation Ceremony. The ceremony was grand as is most USIU Africa events. Since time immemorial, USIU has produced some of the most popular public figures in Kenya.

Among the public figures in Kenya who graduated is self made Personal Trainer and fitness vlogger Mitchelle Adagala. Check out her stunning graduation pics below;


Mitchelle, widely known as A.C Mitchelle started off as a fitness enthusiast, posting her workouts on social media. Now, she’s one of the youngest certified female personal trainers in Kenya with a growing fitness youtube channel.

Our second group of celebrities who are USIU alumni are International boy band Sauti Sol. The group of four – Bien Aime, Polycarp, Chimano and Mudigi started singing back in 2005 in USIU but started making it big in 2006. Today, their fame surpasses Africa.

Sauti Sol have collaborated with among other artists Mafikizolo, Yemi Alade, Burna Boy and recently, Nandy. They are currently working on releasing and album.

Our last group of celebrities is the all-girls vlogging group of four that is Over 25. Lorna, Julez, Ivy and Shiko all graduated from USIU as friends before finding fame.

The four then grew their Youtube channel Over 25 from the ground up into a powerful channel for women, by women. One of the peaks of their career was being speakers in Ted Talks held in Kenya this year.
