The workmates and parents of two wore matching red and black track suits. They ran side by side into their workplace in what they described as their 7.00 pm challenge.

The couple’s mini marathon ended successfully as the two made it to the studio just in time for the 7 o’clock news. They smiled through the whole exercise.

In marriage today, it’s not enough to just take the kids to school and feed everyone. Do things together. Go on dates and explore different destinations. At the very least, run together like Lulu and Rashid.
