Nigerian Girls Engulf Twitter With Pictures Of Pretty Beads As They Start a ‘Waist Bead’ Challenge – PHOTOS
Nigerian ladies are holding a waist bead challenge on Twitter, and the platform has been engulfed with beautiful photos of ladies putting on waistbeads.
In parts of the world where waist beads are a cultural tradition, especially in Africa, the beads are often associated with womanhood, maturity, and growth.

The challenge was started off by a Twitter user who is also a Chemical Engineer, Mofeoluwa. She obliged girls to send in pictures of their waist beads to the platform, and since then, several photos of waist beads have surfaced.

As seen in the pictures below, the beads come in different colors and shapes and may also include decorative stones, crystals, or charms;
