Ghanaian Man Arrested In Toronto, Canada For ‘Shit Bombing’ People With Feces

Toronto police have announced that they have arrested Samuel Opoku, aged 23 years, for attacking people with feces.

Before his arrest he dumped a bucket of what police believe was liquefied waste — whether animal or human they aren’t yet sure — on a woman just after she left a University of Toronto building.

It was the third feces attack on a Toronto campus in four days, all pulled off, police believe, by the same man.

The attacks left the city’s thousands of university students poised somewhere between fear, shock and dark hilarity.

The first attack took place on a woman named Sheilla Shojaie who was working at the help desk at Robarts Library at the University of Toronto.

Police say the man ran into the library holding a large bucket. Inside the library, he dumped a heap of liquefied feces onto two people sitting together at a table.

Over the weekend, the attack was the talk of campus. It was all over Instagram, Reddit and Facebook.

And then, he struck again. A man matching the same description walked into the Scott Library at York University, at the north end of the city, and dumped another bucket of liquefied waste on a man sitting at a table.

Security images later released by police show the grinning suspect, in a grey hoodie and black toque, walking out of the library holding a bucket covered in some kind of bag. His smile, in the pictures, is huge and unmistakable.

The next night, it happened once more. A man jogging down College Street just before midnight saw someone rush diagonally from the direction of campus toward the northwest corner of College and University Avenue.

On the sidewalk, he again dumped a full bucket full of waste onto a woman waiting to cross the road.

“It was feces,” said Toronto Police Const. Allyson Douglas-Cook. “But we don’t know if it is, in fact, human feces.”
