Since Ghana Legalized the medicinal use of Marijuana (weed) in March 2020, many conversations have come up with many celebrities expressing interest in cashing in on the herb.

Award winning Ghanaian dancehall musician Stonebwoy has expressed interest in the cash crop saying the crop can contribute immensely to the economy of the country.
”Once the government that regulates the use of marijuana has legalized the cultivation because it knows the purpose and why somethings have to happen,” he said in an interview on Hitz FM.

He also added, ” the government will not just commercialize the export of marijuana, they did it because they know how viable it is so as a private businessman if I look at it and if it’s viable why not?”
