Nana Akufo-Addo Speaks About The #EndSARS Protest After He Was Called Out On Twitter
Ghana’s president, Nana Akufo-Addo has now made a public statement about what is going on in Nigeria regarding the ongoing #EndSARS protest.
The president who doubles as the ECOWAS chairman took to twitter to make a statement about the brutalities meted out to protesters by security operatives after he was called out on Twitter by Yvonne Nelson, Manifest, Sista Afia among other celebrities.

In his message, Nana Akufo-Addo assured that the Nigerian president, Buhari is committed to seeing the end of the protest, after he spoke with him.
He also condemned the violence that characterized the two-week long protest whiles commiserating with bereaved families.

He tweeted: “I join all well-meaning persons in calling for calm, and the use of dialogue in resolving the #EndSARS impasse in Nigeria. I have spoken with President Buhari, who is committed to this end, and has begun the processes that will lead to reform.”
“Violence, be it on the part of the Police or protesters, cannot be the solution. To the families who have lost their loved ones, I express my sincere condolences, and I wish the injured a speedy recovery. 2/2 #EndSARS”
