Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has taken to Instagram to declare 2020 as her best year ever.

The actress who is now active in politics and governance than even her craft of acting said, the year which many described with unprintable adjectives has actually been her best.

2020 was ridden with the Coronavirus pandemic which slowed down a lot of business activities and especially the creative arts industry.

But in spite of all these challenges, Tonto explained that the year has been good to everyone and is actually her best year.

She explained that the year has forced a lot of people to grow and evolve to meet the needs of the day.

Ace Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has revealed her intention to run for a political office in Nigeria in the not-too-distant future.

The controversial actress made it known that she’s got her eyes fixed on the Senate and will soon become a senator.

She posted pictures of her meeting with Senator George Akume, the Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs with some CYMS delegates on her social media pages.

After posting the pictures on her Instagram page, a fan asked whether Tonto considers getting into active politics soon.

“Tonto do you intend going into politics someday?”. The actress answered in the affirmative, thus, “You are looking at a future Senator”.

The blogger who is identified as Hamzat wrote that Tonto Dikeh is in support of those who are against the recent protest in Nigeria.

The Nollywood thespian advised that parents should not chase their daughters away when they leave their marrital homes.
