Jihadists Kill Burkinabe Soldiers

Ten soldiers have been confirmed dead in northern Burkina Faso after they came under attack from jihadists. The attack happened in Soum Province. Many others were wounded in the same attack. Burkina Faso has been plunged into deep violence after some jihadist groups launched steady attacks on the country.

Churches and army bases have been the regular targets with the death toll surpassing thousand. The government has promised to deal decisively with the terrorist groups who are believed to be tickling in from neighbouring Mali.
