The controversial Andrew Kibe found himself in a sticky situation over a large unsettled debt. The Kiss 100 presenter was arraigned in court on Wednesday for allegedly failing to pay a Ksh. 2.5million loan. He allegedly originally borrowed Ksh.215,000 from a former colleague. According to the complainant Mr. Weru, Kibe borrowed the money seven years ago, to be paid back within 18 days. At the time, the two agreed on Ksh.55,000 as interest. “Failure to complete the above contractual obligation by 28/02/2012 incurs an additional penalty of 7.5 percent in the above mentioned interest for every four days exceeded from the disclaimer date,” court papers read.
