Okyeame Kwame Juxtaposes Polygamy And Monogamy. Is He Getting A Second Wife?

Celebrated Ghanaian rapper, Okyeame Kwame seems to be dazzled with the concept of polygamy and has made a long post about it.

The self-acclaimed Rap Doctor, whose real name is Kwame Nsiah-Apau, took to his Facebook page to solicit his followers opinions when it comes to the issue of marriage.

He explained that while teaching his kids about marriage, the issue popped up and thus needed their intervention to sort them out.

Okyeame Kwame, 44, one half of the defunct Akyeame music group then proceeded to write a long thesis on how polygamy became a norm.

He went further to cull out great men of history, who practised polygamy, to buttress his submission.

The musician-cum-anthropologist added that polygamy can be justified only if polyandrry, ie a woman marrying more than one man, is also allowed to happen.

Okyeame Kwame is a household name in the music scene. He got married to his wife, Annica eleven years ago after dating a number of ladies including Ghanaian actress, Nana Ama McBrown.
