Antonio Conte, a former manager of English football club Chelsea, is fighting to recover over £27 million he lost to a scammer in the united kingdom.

Reports say Antonio made some bad investments into a company identified as Kidman Asset Management. Conte joins 7 other investors who have sued the company’s Chief, Massimo Bochicchio.

Assets of Bochicchio has been frozen by judge David Foxton on July 17 after the company chief was found guilty of “breached the terms of eight settlement deeds” that had been agreed with the investors back in May.

Conte showed the court faked document that had appeared to come from HSBC. His lawyers also added that Bochicchio “agreed to hand over account statements, books and records from Kidman Asset Management” – but in fact did not do so.

The case is still in process and Bochicchio could face imprisonment if he is found guity.

Socialite Mompha, real name Ismaila Mustapha, has been re-arrested by the Economic Crimes Commission EFCC, reports say.

It is said that the social media billionaire was re-arrested when he went to EFCC office in Lagos to reclaim his seized possessions last Friday.

Mompha had barely left the premises of the EFCC office in Ikoyi after collecting the items on Friday when operatives of the anti-graft agency and took him into custody.

His lawyer confirmed his re-arrest saying; “I am filing processes tomorrow (Tuesday). They didn’t tell us why they are detaining him. They have not told us the basis for this re-arrest.

“As far as we are concerned, the EFCC is seeking to overreach the court because this is coming after we filed our no-case submission to the charges. When they had the opportunity to amend their charges they didn’t and they are claiming that there is a new charge.”

A spokes person from EFCC however said Mompha’s re-arrest is related to internet fraud.

Allegations are flying all over the twitter page of Contentious journalist Kemi Olunloyo today.

The woman who seems to have qualms with almost everybody is now alleging that famous Nigerian blogger Linda Ikeji was being funded by Hushpuppi.

Not long ago, Kemi claimed Linda Ikeji slept with late OAP Dan Foster weeks to his wedding to her(Kemi Olunloyo) cousin. She added that it was out of the pain she cursed Dan Foster with painful death.

Now, Kemi is back with more. She is accusing Linda Ikeji of benefiting from Hushpuppi’s criminal loots.

Olunloyo alleged that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) demanded a list of Hushpuppi’s activities, in which one of them is allegedly funding Linda Ikeji TV.

She advised Linda Ikeji to get a lawyer as soon as possible because her life is about to be ‘messed up’ by Hushpuppi and his lawsuit.

Meanwhile, the United States denied the bail applications of Hushpuppi, after his lawyer applied for him to be granted bail with an electronic tag and live with his uncle.

The Charge Sheet that details all the criminal charges leveled against suspected Nigerian fraudster, Ray Hushpuppi has surfaced on social media.

Hushpuppi made his initial U.S. court appearance this morning in Chicago and faces a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in a US federal prison if found guilt.

FBI Special Agent Andrew John Innocenti, stated in the affidavit prepared that the suspected Nigerian fraudster and his co-conspirators were accused of stealing over $16m.

The affidavit also captured phone conversations between Hushpuppi and his co-conspirators after each successful business email compromise (BEC) fraud they allegedly perpetrated.

One Mr Onwuzuruike Kingsley Ikenna a.k.a Nwanta Anayoeze Yonaracha has been arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over alleged fraud.

Nwanta Anayoeze Yonaracha alias Jeff Sikora who has been parading himself as a self-styled President/CEO of United States-based Prime Trust Credit Union Bank was arraigned before Justice A.T. Mohammed of the Federal high Court in Port Harcourt , River State on June 30 over alleged internet fraud.

He was charged with eight counts bordering on conspiracy, impersonation, forgery, possession of proceeds and obtaining money by false pretence to the tune of Eight Million, Five Hundred and Two Thousand Dollars ($8,502,000.00).

Nwanta Anayoeze Yonaracha however pleaded not guilty to all charges and the prosecution counsel, M.T Iko, asked the court for a short adjournment.
